Vineyards typical of the variety Monastrell in direct land and rainfed.
The grapes are harvested by hand and its ideal ripening moment and after few hours of cold maceration, the grapes are crushed and destemmed, running its juice by its own gravity. Afterwards it is cooled for a night hours in order of settle and remove all floating solids. Once the must is clear, its sow with selected yeasts for a long fermentation between 14º and 16ºC to keep all the fruit aromas of the grape.
Vivid raspberry colour.
It has intense aromas of red fruits.
With good acidity, is fresh and tasty. Highlights its body and structure with an elegant and perfumed finish.
We recommend serving between 8º and 10ºC with fish, rice, fresh cheese and salads.
