Elaboration: It is made with a long maceration to extract all the polyphenolic power.
Maridaje: Aged for 12 months in American oak barrels borlodesa.

View: Intense ruby color.
Noise: Fruit aromas with mineral notes.
Taste: The palate is complex and elegant with tasty toasted wood surround noble and gently tannic and spicy long finish.
Pairing:We recommend serve about 18 °C with rice, gazpacho, game and cheeses.
