Variety: 100% Monastrell.
Vineyards: Monastrell vineyards own assortment glass and rainfed.
Elaboration: The grapes are hand-harvested at their ideal ripeness and vinified carefully in order to take full singular essence variety.
Aging: Stay four months in American oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES:
View: Intense ruby bruised.
Noise: Notable clean aromas of ripe fruit Monastrell.
Taste: It is fleshy with a discreet and pleasant spicy feel of wood. The final is comprehensive and atreciopelado supported by the strength of their tannins that will polish with time.
Pairing: We recommend serving around 16 º C with rice, pasta, cheese and meat.
